"Malden Reads Lyceum Civic Education" refers to the partnership between the community program Malden Reads, the Massachusetts Center for Civic Education (MACCE), and the Malden Public Library to host "Citizen Lyceum" forums on topics like American government, democracy, and civic rights.  "We the People" will cover The Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and Malden's own Malden Instructions of May 1776.  In conjunction with the 16th Year of Malden Reads - One Community One Book Program - focus on book Our Missing Hearts by Celeste Ng.
